stream encoding is supported. You also need to choose Output To DV Device.

You have to elect Video Settings in this menu. Because encoding is possible, the
video is delayed (see Figure A.2). Generally, you should try setting the Desktop Play
Delay to about 15 frames to set the in order of playing it back in sync. Remember that
when selecting this option, playback is delayed by whatever duration is set. Take a look
at the NTSC monitor to verify that the video is in sync. After the delay is set on your
output, you should be able to make a digital cut any time.
